Website Design & Booking Experience
The challenge

One barbershop. Multiple booking paths.

The website needed to represent the shop as a whole while helping customers find an individual barber.

Members Traditional Barbershop’s team uses individual Booksy destinations. The design challenge was to connect those separate appointment paths with a central website where visitors could understand the services, recognize the team, and find the shop.

The goal was a clear next step at each stage: discover the business, explore what it offers, then choose who to book with.

The strategy

Keep the shop at the center.
Make the next step clear.

We organized the experience around the questions a customer brings to a local service business.

01 / DISCOVERY

Introduce the shop

Real photography and location information give visitors a sense of the business before they visit.

02 / UNDERSTANDING

Explain the services

A dedicated Services page presents grooming options and directs customers toward choosing a barber.

03 / ACTION

Connect the booking paths

Named barber profiles pair recognizable photographs with individual Book Now links.

This is the customer-focused approach behind our Web Design & Performance work.

The customer journey

From finding the shop to choosing a chair.

A simple journey connects discovery, service information, barber selection, and booking.

  1. 01Find the Shop
  2. 02Explore Services
  3. 03Meet the Barbers
  4. 04Choose a Barber
  5. 05Book

Home and Services provide routes to the Staff page. There, customers choose a barber and follow that barber’s link to Booksy to continue scheduling. This is a practical example of the journey thinking behind Conversion Optimization.

The build

Designed around how customers book.

The shop’s brand holds the experience together while each barber retains a direct booking destination.

The Services page introduces the available options. The Staff page makes the team visible through names and portraits, with a consistent booking action for each person. Contact information supports the final practical questions: where the shop is and how to reach it.

A connected booking experience.

The delivered website brings the shop, services, team, and contact information into one branded destination.

  • A home page that introduces the business through real shop imagery.
  • Service information connected to barber discovery.
  • Individual Booksy links available from the Staff page.
